Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its online photos or description at all. The images are extremely misleading. Contrary to what is shown online, there is no separate shower or bathtub in any room — something that should be clearly disclosed, as it significantly impacted our stay. The room itself was very small, far smaller than expected based on the listing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any restful sleep. To make matters worse, the evening staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Basic courtesy and hospitality were completely lacking. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel and would encourage others to look closely at reviews before booking, as the online presentation does not accurately reflect the reality.

Room wasn't the cleanest, but OK. Floors were not carpeted, so it's easy to see dirt on bare floor. This also made the room seem a bit cold. Bed was comfortable, but like seemingly all hotel pillows, these pillows leave much to be desired as they were not at all supportive. Bathroom shower head had some broken nozzles and is honestly too big. That caused water to go all over the floor when we showered, making quite a mess that we had to mop up just so we didn't track water all over the room (Room was #901). Location is excellent, with two subway stations about a block away to assist in getting places timely. The attached restaurant had great food, too. Staff were friendly and helpful. They are a very casual and easy-going group...not fancy, which is fine with me. Many of them did smell of Marijuana. It didn't seem to affect their work, but I personally find the smell off-putting. That said, the entire city stinks like weed, so the hotel staff smelling of it was par for the course. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. Fit and polish of the facility is a little below average, but location was great and the price was very good for NYC. I would consider staying here again.

Great, attentive staff, especially Quique, the maintenance man and a couple of the cleaning ladies. The receptionist who checked me in, and who unfortunately fainted a few days later, was also very nice and helpful. The only drawbacks, were the window blinds, they were terrible at keeping the light from seeping in. Blackout curtains need to be installed! Also the bathroom lightbulbs, and the floors, were never swept /mopped, a lot of visible dirt and dust could be seen.

The heating/ac was not working properly in the room. The hotel was short on face cloths. The hotel has one microwave for the whole hotel. Very clean. Nice bathrooms. The staff were awesome!

Good value for money! Location is great, staff is great always. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom too, you have coffee and tea in the room. The only thing is the heating it makes a but of noise and after reaching the temperature does blow cold air. You have to turn it up more but it might get too hot.

La recepción no se acerca a las fotos publicadas, pero la habitación MUY BIEN, no hicieron limpieza un día, todos los días tuvimos que pedir toalla extra y no la dejaban, no resurten jabón de regadera y lo que nos contestaron es que en NYC eso no es obligación, no entiendo entonces porque lo hay y aunque desde que llegamos el envase estaba vacío y se pidió relleno varias veces, nunca resurtieron.Realmente el hotel esta bien, pero definitivamente el servicio es pésimo, no volvería y no lo recomendaría solo por eso

Our stay was so good! We checked in super late at 1 am and the staff was super friendly! We stayed for 2 days and bring girls in a big city but the staff being super friendly and accommodating really did help! Our room was clean and came with everything needed, the tv was a plus and the beds are super comfortable!! The staff held out luggage after checkout until our flight which was super helpful as well! I would totally stay here again!

Stay far away from this “hotel” - it’s tiny, people were smoking in the stairs, front desk is non-existent. We were there for like maybe under 2 hours and left to stay at another hotel and they still charged us for full 5 nights and didn’t give a refund for at least the other 4 nights we weren’t even near the hotel.

Receptionist are all very nice. But the room is the real problem, firstly the king bed has a big dent in the middle, it felt like it gonna collapse and make noise, can’t get a good sleep with this bed. And I paid for two people for the stay and one of the day, they didn’t gave me 2 towels, my partner end up using a small towel to wipe the body which is unbearable. And unfortunately receptionist left by 10pm, so no one can help us.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is amazing, convenient to the subway and many local restaurants and bars. I loved the ability to leave my bags before and after checkout. The room was actually “spacious” by NY standards and clean. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.
