「場所はFOREST GATEという駅から５分程度でした。リバプールストリートより乗り換え、または地下鉄セントラルでストラットフォード駅から乗り換えて行きます。観光には若干中心部から外れていましたが、ひどく遠くありませんでした。 ご主人のHazelさんが自宅の部屋をいくつかB&Bとして提供しているので滞在中は鍵を預かり帰宅時誰もいなくても大丈夫でした。食事もどんなものがいいか事前にメールが来ました。クレジットカードは使えません。朝食はHazelさんと二人で食べました。私の下手な英語も一生懸命聞いてくれて、危険だからとウエストポーチも貸してくれて親戚の家に泊まったような経験でした。バスタブでゆっくり温まりたかったのですが、バスタブにお湯を入れても水になってしまったのが残念でした。でも他の客室のシャワーを使わせて頂き助かりました。」

「Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.. Ein paar Möbel bzw Artikel könnten mal erneuert werden , so wie die Kloschüssel oder der Aufbau über dem Kühlschrank. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.. Leider ist die Unterkunft ziemlich hellhörig, sei es der Flur oder durch die Zimmerwände, man hat alles trotz Ohrstöpsel sehr laut gehört. Die ersten 2 Nächte hatten wir schlimme Leute im Haus, die so Theater gemacht haben, sei es nachts im Flur oder morgens im Zimmer...

「Stayed one night and it was fine. The bed was comfortable and friendly Jermaine assisted when needed. Quiet, clean, and bath was fine too. 」

「Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs. 」

「Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again.」

「Perfect if all you is a place to lay your head for the night, rooms are clean (nothing special) ensuite is small but functional, Martin is a happy host, there is limited parking which is good as the property is right obviously to of a busy junction with A12」

「The owner is very friendly and helpful. The check in is easy. The room is small but very clean with all amenities available. The bed is comfortable and we have a good night sleep. Kitchen is clean with microwave and drinks provided. Excellent location with walkable distance to many attractions.」

「パブの上に部屋があります。 2階には部屋が4室ほどあり、共同便所兼シャワー室は1つだけ。これには辟易しました。せめて便所とシャワー室は別々にしてほしかったです。 隣室の方の話し声やくしゃみ・足音などがよく聞こえました。 バス停が近いのはいいですね。」

「This location was excellent for the Picadilly Line (transit) about 1 block away west, other lines 2-3 blocks away. Tesco Market and lots within easy walking distance. Park & walking trail(s) right outside the door. Easy walk to shops and especially breakfast cafes & restaurants. I will stay here again, *Loved it.」

「Used it for business purposes as was in the City. Very clean and easy to use. Welcomed at the location and had everything explained. Will use again if in the area.」

「ホテルではありません。鍵をボックスから受け取って勝手に入るシステム。それはともかく、建物の設備が良くない。また、部屋の作りも非常に安っぽい感じで、シャワー室に前の客のゴミ（内容は書けないようなもの）が残っていました。全くお勧めしません。」

「The internet at the flat was amazing. I worked from there for 2 days and it was really quick and reliable. The flat was super clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable 」

「Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much.」

「We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers.」
