Charged me 10£ as a parking omg, who does that ? This is not even centre London , the rooms was pretty empty, I mean I have never been to a budget hotel before but then you charge me for parking I mean seriously, I will never go back to this chain of hotels , lastly staff was fine rooms were not super luxuries but it will do for a night stay

When we put the hanger on the door stating they could come in I had only expected the towels to get changed and the bathroom cleaned. They not only did that but made sure the entire room was cleaned. I also loved the fact they had food available for purchase in addition to snacks/drinks. The towels were full size almost beach towel like and very plush. Cons: Not enough plugs in the room/no plugs near the head of the bed. The shower only had half of a glass wall with no way to close up the other side when you are in there. This cause water to get onto the main floor. There were also no wash cloths or hair conditioner. Thankfully I travel with my own.
