"We stayed six nights and enjoyed the place. Quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfy and everything was as listed. Good towels and plenty of shampoo, etc. The couch is not very comfortable, but I can see that it could be difficult to find a good couch for the small place it needs to fit in. We liked the private outdoor area and used it quite a bit. Just a heads up to anybody staying in the Tucson neighborhoods, the neighborhoods are dark. Very few street lights and nobody turns on exterior...

"The property was in a great location for walking to all of our U of A activities. It was clean but could use a bit of updating, especially a dishwasher, and some cosmetic work to make it more inviting. Overall, it served our purposes well for the price point."

"Good spot for the price. The house feels recently renovated with contractor quality materials. Everything is in working condition. New split AC units were great. Checks all the necessary boxes. A few things could have made the stay more comfortable, the kitchen was understocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. The place was clean but not spotless. Arranged in a block of houses with a shared courtyard, so was only moderately private. Overall, I would stay again."
