「Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. 「We didn’t expect how comfortable the bed would be, and how quiet the residence was! We stayed in the B side which was plenty of room for a couple nights stay. Cozy as advertised! The only thing to note is the trash bins outside are only opened by a key which is not provided. So for a longer stay the key may need to be requested. 」

「Perfect location, great stand-alone casita, beautiful property. Private, quiet, classy & fun. However - we could only get one burner on the stove to work (the one closest to the smoke alarm, which went off repeatedly), one remote for all 3 TVs to work, the washing machine doesn't work & the host did not get back to us about it. And the living room curtains are so fragile it's ridiculous. It seems like a lot of complaints but everything else about the place is so nice, those screw-ups didn't...

「This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . 」
