"Our room was very nice. The pool was awesome except for the fact that it appeared quite dirty with bugs floating around everywhere. I did not go in to the pool but sat down there. Very disappointed that the pool bar was not open. Also think they should pay more attention to cleaning up the hallways and elevators. "

"The first room we had the window was wide open and the bed looked as if someone recently sat on it. then there was a huge wet spot on the carpet. We got moved to another room however that room A/C was loud the tv only had 4 channels."

"As always. Room is clean . Its my 4th time I believe and this is one of my favorite hotel in Tucson."

"Breakfast 6-10, when down there at 6:00 and all you heard was the sound of crickets. Not a thing was set up for breakfast. Nobody there. As I was leaving to catch a flight at 6:30 the person was just setting up. Whoops. Too late. Is Breakfast served at 0600 or is it more like 0640? This place is no better than any of the other well-worn hotels on Tucson Ave by the airport."

"Enjoyable stay"

"Overall, it was was a good stay. My room by the pool was nice. It is obviously an older facility that has been redone. You had to go down a lot of stairs to get to my room and there was a step down to my patio and up to my room. I parked in the front of the hotel and went through the Lobby to get to my room. Easy to miss in the dark and if you are not expecting a step. The noise from pool was not bothersome and stopped around 10:00pm. The food was very good, although, service in the restaurant was extremely slow. It was not the wait staff. The delay came from the kitchen. In my opinion, it is because they were too busy doing orders from the pool and room service. There should only be bar service at the pool if there is not a small kitchen or grill poolside. Overall, a nice stay and I would go back."

"The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. "

"We stayed here and took our girls to the Air Museum. The lady up front was wonderful. Iwe needed to change rooms due the AC not working and the dead bolt wouldn't work. We were put in a different room asap. We will be back. Hoping to stay longer next time. "
