"The room felt and smelled brand new. It was very clean and nicely maintained. The beds were a bit stiff, and the room had only basic amenities, no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and there were plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, it was a great stay."

"The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a Expedia VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. It was lovely. Lobby, bar area were beautiful with music on Friday and Saturday evenings. The pool, room, and overall property were also very nicely looked after and looked after. Very happy with our stay! "
