Welcome to our designer studio where comfort meets style in this charming studio with en suite bathroom close to all the action of West University and downtown Tucson.
Kick back and relax on the patio, and rest well in the comfy queen bed after a day downtown or on campus!
This studio shares a wall with a second one bedroom unit, which can be booked in combo check out our other listing! Also please note that there is a full time tenant in the main house.
The space
*Also, there is currently no cover for the skylight, so this unit is best for early risers!
*The homeowner lives in the main house in front of the studio. She will give you full privacy, but if you say hello she is very friendly!
*Please note there is a shared wall with the apartment next door. The patio and laundry is shared as well.

You will have the full studio and attached private bath with use of the yard area, and a shared laundry.

-Walk/Bike: Perfect for reaching the University of Arizona campus, Main Gate Square (restaurants/shops), and the vibrant 4th Avenue entertainment district
-Sun Link Streetcar: Hop on nearby to effortlessly connect to Downtown Tucson and the Mercado San Agustin market.
-Driving: Possible, but street parking often requires permits or payment, especially on weekdays. Consider walking or transit for local trips!
Just a short walk to Time Market, Tucson's Original Bodega, where you'll find fresh baked goods, grocery items and restaurant.

House Rules:
NO parties, events, or gatherings. Hosting will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. If the owner or manager is made aware of a party or guest count that exceeds the reservation, a $500 party fee will be assessed and billed to the guest.
NO fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnics of any kind. Use of any will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided.
Late checkout, or early check-in without confirmation from the host will incur a $75 charge.
