"Stayed for four days and really loved how close the hotel was to everything. There was so much available at the resort that you honestly didn’t need to leave. The biggest downside was the timeshare pressure. The way they try to push you into attending a timeshare tour felt very pushy and honestly a little slimy. I’m on vacation to relax, not to be hounded about sitting through a sales presentation for hours. The resort itself was nice, but the timeshare antics really took away from the experience. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay again."

"Amazing resort - have stayed in both hotel room and cottages - loved both, for convenience of having a house we prefer the cottages. British family with two kids aged 7 and 9. Only negative review to leave is that the cottages can be quite far from the main resort area which we were not aware of to be honest but no problem driving around the resort - we’d just park near the pool every day or there is a shuttle service. Absolutely love this resort the sunset walk and h20 water park is an extra bonus to have in the area! We loved popping to the water park (free of charge every day also with your booking) every morning and then going off to do whatever we were doing! Staff so friendly entertainment great’ don’t hesitate to book here!"

"Would definitely come back ! Staff was so friendly and helpful and when I texted them got an immediate response and if not immediate then a pretty quick response within 20 minutes. Pool stays open late . They do keep you informed of any closures due to rain and when it opens back up they also notify you. They text you about daily activities you can do with the kiddos! We had an amazing time and already are planning to come back !"
