"My granddaughter loved this hotel. She played for hours in the play area and went swimming. We were hesitant after reading reviews but glad we chose this hotel. Great value kids resort without the high prices of other resorts. "

"Clean villas, loved that it came with basic household items. Loved the lazy river, grills, and patio area. Front desk was friendly and helpful. There was one incident where we paid in full for a cabana but did not arrive to it yet and the activity staff called and said our payment was still processing and other people wanted it. When we got there to figure out what happened the staff changed their reasoning to calling because they wanted to know what drinks we wanted and acted confused about what was said on the phone. Other than that, great stay for the price and our 2nd time. We will most likely be back."
