"HOTEL WAS NICE. EMPLOYESS WERE FRIENDLY. LOCATION NOT GREAT. BUMS AND BEGGERS ALL OVER ASKING FOR HANDOUTS. PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE SIDEWALKS. HAD TO PARK IN BACK BECAUSE THEY BOTHER YOU UP FRONT. HOTEL NEEDS TO REMOVE THOSE PEOPLE FROM THEIR PROPERTY. I WAS BY MYSELF SO I DIDNT MIND BUT IF I HAD MY FAMILY WITH, I WOULD NOT OF BEEN HAPPY"

"There was trash overflowing throughout the hallway. Dirty property, dirty carpets, room smells musty. I made a reservation for two days, but because of how disgusting it was, I checked out the next day at 8 a.m"

"Pros: Hotel lobby and common areas are decently maintained and clean. Cons: Rooms are not cleaned or serviced at all unless you stay longer than 8 days. Even when we requested items brought to our room such as towels, they were not brought. Understaffed. Very old furniture and decor in rooms. Rooms smell musty and mouldy. Hidden resort fee of around $14 USD per day charged upon checkout, even though hotels.com claimed that taxes and fees were included in their price. "

"I had an almost perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds felt like sleeping on a well-trained cloud, and the staff managed that rare balance of being both genuinely friendly and impressively competent (no small feat). The front desk sailor uniforms were not needed as they stood out with their exceptional service alone. That said, there’s one tiny thing keeping it from total legend status: the bar situation. Or rather, the lack of a proper one. There’s nowhere to casually sip something delightful while hanging out with your friends. A cozy, lively bar would elevate this place from “fantastic” to “I will never shut up about it.” Still, if your idea of a great stay involves comfort, style, and people who clearly know what they’re doing, this hotel absolutely delivers. Just plan your celebratory nightcap elsewhere."
