"I would normally give this property 5 stars, however the person who checked my party in, was cold and unwelcoming. Not so much as a hello or how are you. I realize that everyone else would like to be asked how they are, it would be nice to have that same human courtesy given to a guest. The room had white stains on the carpet that I’m guessing is either from sunscreen or bleach. The toilet in the master bedroom had what looked like poop floating innit when we arrived. I quickly flushed it. I did not reach out to guest services because I would have said some things I would have regretted at that time. I saw trash throughout the property not being picked up properly. Overall it was still a nice stay. My family and I have stayed at this property, some times multiple times per year for the last 9 years. One other note about staff and check in: This isn’t the first visit where our welcome has been poor. If you as a hotel property insist on being a “timeshare resort” but also dabble in discount rentals then don’t be dismayed and irritated at your guests when we don’t wish to take precious time out of our trip to listen to your 90 minute scam presentation about a lifetime of debt. And since you do not reward loyalty at all then maybe it’s time my family found a better property that’s cleaner, friendlier and doesn’t charge $30 plus tax for parking! I really am disappointed this time around and especially disappointed with being treated like I don’t matter at all when I check in."

"The room was very nice, overlooking the lazy river and pickleball areas. The breakfast was by far the BEST continental breakfast I've ever had, at any hotel. It was a little strange that the elevators were located on the outside corners of the buildings ... but all in all, a GREAT stay. We WILL be back!"

"It was amazing, the birthday girl had a great time with her friends, it was very spacious, clean, enough space for 8, and a dog. The staff is amazing, very helpful, and the front desk staff is amazing even if it's busy in there, concierge, that I got the park tickets from she was amazing. Overall I will stay here again."

"Don’t let check in fool you because it is a cluster fk. The entire design is terrible everyone blocks the front door and nobody realizes the check in parking is there because they put up a useless gate that you just have to drive up to. Then you walk in and see a mile long line to check in and half a dozen employees doing nothing but once your in the beds are comfortable room is cold and quiet and the kitchen stays open till 3 am for Halloween horror nights so I would still recommend for anyone to stay here"

"Property was nice, lots of things to offer but for being a resort everything had a price tag. The resorts i’ve been to its all inclusive of course this one did not say that. Having a movie theatre is neat, for a rainy moment. Staff always to help out with a smile. The lady did not catch a name at breakfast was a bit grumpy, we asked if had waffles and she rapidly answered “no” with an attitude and walked away O well, also hotel advertised funnel cake with strawberries no such, just plain powder sugar/ice cream, not available to purchase anyhow. Hotel has its pros & cons, by saying that hotel is aways from off ground restaurants & shops. No shuttle to/from airport which most now do not offer that service anyhow. Overall it was a pleasant place to spent 4 nights 5 days at."

"The hotel was great though in the restaurant the staff service was not the best I asked for a order to go and when the order came the box had barely any shrimp and she gave me no fork or spoon for the pasta but only a plastic knife! Besides that front desk and all the staff were really amazing"
