「Very clean room staff went above n beyond to help with any needs the continental breakfast absolutely delicious as well as the dinner we had the night before ! Very friendly staff . Atmosphere very calm n quiet n peaceful in there ! Highly recommend the Brae Loch Inn」

「My room nightstand was cover with maple syrup and coffee!!! The coffee stain was huge, how could it be missed! The clock had caked on dust so thick you couldn’t read the time. The lamp base on this nightstand had many long hairs on it! The bathtub drain didn’t work so you stood in your own dirty water! Who knows when the last time was that the bathroom floor was mopped… many stains. I had to get disinfectant from front desk to clean room and bathroom.」

「コルゲート大学に用事があって利用しました。大学からホテルまでは車で30分程かかりますが、カサノビアという可愛らしいこじんまりとした町（村）に位置しており、目の前は湖で、ゆったりと休日を満喫するには最適だと思います。土曜日は町の中心の広場で、お地元の農家さん工芸家が出展しているマルシェが開かれていました。ホテルのスタッフさんは皆フレンドリーで、レストランでの夕食（有料）も美味しかったです。ワインのラインアップもリーゾナブルな価格で充実しています。残念ながら、時間の都合で朝食（宿泊料に込）は戴けませんでしたが、きっとアメリカの家庭的かつこ洒落た感じだと思います。」

「We stayed there with my adult children. We all travel frequently for work yet none of us had every stayed in a more inviting and beautiful home as the Country Lodge. It was large enough for us all to have privacy, to have space for cooking, playing games, working out, reading and knitting in front of the fireplace. We also enjoyed walking in their woods to the waterfall in the early evening as the snow gently fell. Then coming home to the warm inviting space the hosts provided us. Our mission...

「Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address...

「Our family stayed here to attend a college graduation nearby. The lake view and vibe were both amazing and peaceful. We were greeted by our hosts, they were very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything , my sons enjoyed the canoe and paddle boards provided too. The 2nd night, the entire area lost power, we lost water too, that put a damper on the trip..」

「Residence was perfectly located for visiting family over Christmas. It is a charming home, very clean, very warm and met our needs exceptionally well. The entrance was well lit for locating during our evening arrival. To our surprise, the driveway was plowed every night during our 5 night stay making for easy access during our travels. The yard was as advertised, safe, secure and worked perfectly for our dog. It even had a hot tub!」
