「Hosts were great. Home was incredibly clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags and toilet paper / paper towels. Excellent location, close to so many fun places. Slept 4 adults and 6 kids without issue. Wish we could’ve used the outdoor areas but the extreme cold weather wouldn’t allow it. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more...

「Excellent stay at Max's property. Would recommend to everyone.Max was highly communicative in advance of the stay and during. Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful....

「Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Traveled here from 3 hours away and brought our new pontoon boat. Loved having a boathouse under our condo. It was so convenient., We will recommend this spot to our friends.」

「Visited Windham with family and luckily I came across this beautiful house to stay. This will be my to go place in Windham. The indoor pool was a plus, kids had a lot of fun. One thing I’ll mention is level of chlorine in the water, my kids had teary and itchy eyes and coughing after being in the pool for awhile. They got better the next day. I was told that it was the right amount in it and even lady showed up to make sure that it was fine. I appreciate for what they did. Maybe kids are not...

We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns.
