「All was great」

「Stayed here many times while visiting my daughter at SUNY Cortland. Best hotel in the area for the price. Staff is very nice and accommodating and the rooms are decent and clean. 」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room itself was nice...sure, the property could use a little TLC here and there, but overall it was great. You’d really have to nitpick to find much to complain about. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I noticed is that it seems like anyone could enter through the side entrances. There are cameras around, and I didn’t notice any issues, but coming from NYC, that stood out to me a bit....

「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. Sure, it's only a 15min walk even dragging a suitcase, but not splendid as the start to a 27hr itinerary. 総合：すばらしい ただ、朝６時前シャトルバスがないのは、エアポートホテルとしては(T_T)」

「コルゲート大学に用事があって利用しました。大学からホテルまでは車で30分程かかりますが、カサノビアという可愛らしいこじんまりとした町（村）に位置しており、目の前は湖で、ゆったりと休日を満喫するには最適だと思います。土曜日は町の中心の広場で、お地元の農家さん工芸家が出展しているマルシェが開かれていました。ホテルのスタッフさんは皆フレンドリーで、レストランでの夕食（有料）も美味しかったです。ワインのラインアップもリーゾナブルな価格で充実しています。残念ながら、時間の都合で朝食（宿泊料に込）は戴けませんでしたが、きっとアメリカの家庭的かつこ洒落た感じだと思います。」
