「The hotel is lovely, in a great location. Guests can use the pool and other things. Lots of outside seating in the lovely weather. No air con, so it was quite warm in the room but it was 30 degrees and they did provide a fan so not complaining about that. Our room didn’t have a fridge which was the only downside but not too much of an issue. Overall, our stay was lovely.」

「A bit far from the city centre where normal tourists have a bit of difficulties to get there, from the station or the Gloucester Green bus terminal, but Summertown is good location for comfortable stay and I really did at this hotel. Very simple facilities with no proper style for breakfast or eating, no frege or kettle etc, but cleaned room and shower room are good enough for the tourists spending for whole days at other places should be good enough. The price was excellent during high season.」

「Wonderful property. A bit older, but very well maintained. Gym was in top condition, pool well maintained. Food service and quality was very good as well. Would recommend.」

「古いマナーハウスをリノベーションしたホテルは、よく手入れされた庭も美しくゆったり滞在できました。時間があったらスパやサウナを使いたかったのですが。。。 ベッドの寝心地も良くて、長時間フライトの疲れを癒せました。」

「6月の暑い日でもエアコンと冷蔵庫があり快適に過ごせた。部屋は清潔でシャワー、トイレ、洗面台のお湯、水はしっかり水量があり、排水も問題ない。但し、奥の窓の巻上げ式カーテンは巻き上げても左側しかカーテンが上がらず斜めになった。よく見てみると糸が切れていたので取りあえず結んで使用した。また浴室のドアも完全に閉まらなかった。これらの不備を除けば満足できるホテルだった。」

「Hotel was in great renovated condition, rooms were clean and functional. Reception were helpful and always available to help. Location was good as we were only a 20 minute walk from the train station so we're able to pop to Windsor within 40 minutes, plus you are right on the river so can take a walk alongside to the station! The only downside to our stay was the error made at billing for parking and the spa where we were double charged, but I'm hopeful this will be corrected quickly.」
