「交通機関の遅延の関係で急遽チェックインの時間が遅くなってしまったのですが、チェックインについて問い合わせのメールを送るとすぐにチェックイン方法についてのお返事を下さり、安心してホテルに向かうことが出来ました。滞在中も要望に対してすぐに対応してくださりとても有難かったです。 また、バス停からも近く、周辺にはレストランやスーパーもあり便利でした。」
