Fourth stay at this modest, well located hotel. We always get a warm welcome from front desk staff, and they have good suggestions for local food and drink. This is just steps away from the Ashmolean museum, and right near a bus stop for easy transport around the town. But most places of interest to us are in walking distance. excellent value for price in this expensive town!

We stayed for 5 days in Oxford on a family trip. We chose the hotel because of its location, and it was definitely the best decision: the location is great, right in the heart of the city! We were able to walk almost everywhere. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, and we really recommend it: drinking that first cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony, taking in the view and feeling the city come to life, was fantastic! We really recommend the hotel: great location, very clean, and very kind and helpful staff. The suite was very comfortable, with a lot of space. And, oh, the balcony! Simply unbeatable. We'll definitely be back!

Great central location- we were able to walk from the train station and get everywhere easily. I booked the small single room and was impressed with the size of the bathroom and shower. Would definitely recommend!
