「Reception, activities desk and Charlie (archery) were the highlights. The falconry was also brilliant. Food highly mediocre and service in their restaurants - namely the Brasserie and the Oak Room - was quite bad. I wouldn’t have paid the service charge but they brought the bill out and had me sign before we got our food. 「Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!」

「Property would be of benefit for those staying for one or two nights . Local amenities were good offering take away coffees and food Costa M&S Aldi . The hotel itself was tired and would benefit from complete renovation」

「A delightful little hotel. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious light and airy overlooking the beach . Quality of bedding and towels are lovely. Food very nicely cooked, good choice of menu, no greasy breakfasts, all well presented. Good variation of dinner menu. South sands beach is lovely, perfect for families. My only hesitation is that if you don’t want to drive whilst on holiday the walk to the next beach, north sands, is a very steep walk uphill and then a further...

「What an amazing place to stay. Everything about our visit here was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Our room was fabulous, the dinner and breakfast excellent it was a really memorable experience can’t wait to go back.」

「The hotel overall was good. Me and my wife was here for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was lovely. We had to check out early as my wife had work to do and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say could be improved here is that they can have AC put in at the hotel because it does get hot inside during hot weather」

「Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places The facilities were excellent」

「Very poor 'welcome' from the receptionist. She seemed miserable and dis-interested. She also could not find our pre-booked details initially and then when she did, tried to charge us an additional £75 even though we had paid in full. On the plus side, the room was very good. Very clean, comfortable bed and a good shower. Only two teabags on the tray, which was either an oversight or just a bit mean.」
