The Imperial Torquay
The staff were freindly and helpful. The room was a little tired and in need of updating. The main social rooms of the hotel have characterful decor and are well kept.

Hotel needs updating furniture carpets a good clean too. I will say the staff are lovely except for 1 lady on reception she was very rude and did not give my husband any information seemed like she didn't want to be there !
