「Great hotel」

「We loved this hotel a lot. Everything was exquisite and very clean. The amount of thought that was put into every detail in those rooms we appreciated. We enjoyed the bath salts next to the tub and the Perricone MD bathroom toiletries were a plus. Beautiful area close to shopping and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever find ourselves back in Montenegro we will be back to this hotel. 」

「I highly recommend for anyone going to stay here! Besides the transport being difficult the hotel had helped with getting us a taxi accommodated. I can’t thank furkan enough as the prices were fair compared to the prices the main city taxis are. The staff in the hotel were lovely and made the experience a lot easier! Definitely worth the visit!」

「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」

「Amazing view from room and balcony overlooking Kotor Bay. The breakfast was excellent however, the food was not very good at the hotel, room service nor at the Virtu restaurant on the beach. If I’m honest it was more than poor and very overpriced considering the quality is below par. I would rate food ( excluding breakfast) as 1 star ! Such a shame as everything else at the hotel is first rate . 」

「Beautiful resort, excellent location Staff were nice. We had sea view rooms and the veiws were stunning. Clean rooms and surroundings. I could have done with better choice of food for vegetarians given resorts was busy. 」

「I only stayed there one night because they were overbooked when I arrived and they did not have the type of room I have ordered available. When I spoke to the front desk manager, they rectified the issue by upgrading me to their sister hotel on the same beach front, which was excellent. 」

「部屋、立地、ホテル設備は大満足。 部屋はきれいで、大きなソファとベッド、バルコニー付き(私たちの部屋は安いため景色はよくなかったけど)、バスタブとシャワーが別々になっていていました。 唯一朝ごはんは期待はずれでした…種類は結構ありましたが、味がぱっとせず…まぁこんなもんでしょう。って感じです。」
