We loved staying here. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The apartment was spacious and clean. We also got upgraded to a bigger suite. If you have a car this is a good location although the drive to the location has narrow roads so be careful. If you have no car then the hotel offers transportation. The pool and lounge and beautiful. The hotel cat Noongi is so cute!!!!

This was my first trip in 20 years and my first solo trip, I definitely chose the right place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it’s so calm and peaceful. The bar and pool area and restaurant are beautiful, clean and the perfect place to relax. The food here is delicious and beautifully presented and fantastic value. The most outstanding feature of this hotel though is the staff, every single member of staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. From arranging transport to checking in and out, providing information and recommendations and just making sure your holiday is perfect, they always excelled themselves. I will definitely be recommending this stunning resort to everyone and I can’t wait to book my next stay here. I miss all the team already xxx

This is a great gem . I would suggest you need a car to get about but the hotel provided its own transport to local places for a good rate. The staff are exceptional. nothing is too much trouble . As VIP customers we had a great selection of food and chocolates plus a bottle of bubbly. We we would stay here again.

We had a really great stay at Bayview Hills. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for all of us after long days out exploring. The room had a nice view as well. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket they arranged for us. It made the kids so happy after a long journey, and it was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kotor.

Our first room had mold on the walls and on the AC, the host did not offer a solution when we said it and we had to demand a new room. The new room was clean but the hot water barely worked and it only remained hot for 5-10 seconds at the time, so showers were very uncomfortable. We did say the hot water wasn’t working, they did not fix it nor offer a solution. The rooms are little apartments with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (but not soap). Location wise you NEED a car, and there is parking included, but is a bit tricky to get there. It is not near any restaurants or amenities, making the need of the car even more apparent. Overall I would not recommend except if you are looking for cheap apartments and you are planning on driving everywhere.

A Warm Experience in the Heart of Winter… Bayview Hills Visiting Montenegro in March felt uncertain… but Bayview Hills made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us forget the season completely. Nahed and Serhat welcomed us like old friends… always ready to guide us with genuine care. Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. No crowds, just beauty and people who truly care. Thank you all… we will never forget it.

We had a fantastic stay at Bayview Hills in Montenegro. The apartment was modern, spacious, and really well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though we visited out of season, we were blown away by how beautiful the place was. The pool area is spotless with incredible panoramic views across the bay. We can only imagine how lively and vibrant it must be in summer. The kids absolutely loved the resident kittens that spend their days lounging around reception, a lovely touch that made the place feel even more welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and you can tell they take real pride in keeping the resort in top condition. We’re already planning to come back next year to experience it in season, especially the rooftop restaurant, which looks stunning. Highly recommend Bayview Hills for families or couples looking for a relaxing stay with unbeatable views.

What a place! All the staff were super welcoming and friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The views are epic, the rooms are modern and light and the balcony is the perfect place to chill. Genuinely loved our stay and rarelt say this, but will absolutely book again to return. Its a 9 min drive to kotor and a 7 min drive to tivat. Theres a bakery at the bottom of the windy road. Room facilities were oerfect wirh plenty of toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, washing/laundry supplies and plenty of blankets to stay warm when windy.

Great find!

Hotel staff were very helpful, particularly when we couldn’t find a space to park one night. Hotel is in a great location as long as you have a car, not walkable to Kotor and taxis are expensive. Great views over the bay and from the swimming pool too. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Place Away from the Kotor Crowds

Great room with fantastic view. Service at the desk and in the bar was consistently excellent and friendly. Out aways from Kotor in the hills but a fairly quick cab ride.

Bayview Hill Nightmare Residence

No luxury! There is loud music (horrible techno remix of various one hit wonders) from 8-22 from the pool/restaurant area - which all rooms are facing. We spent 2,5 hours during check-in to find a room where you could at least hear your own thoughts. Rooms are definitely not soundproof as claimed. Which is also backed up by the constant barking of every single dog in the nearby villages all night and the planes taking off during the day. But at least you get a free wake up call from the rooster across the street. If that doesn’t wake you up, the constant 80’s robot sounds from the elevator will. There are no wine cork in the rooms, you have to ask for one and deliver it back immediately - that is of course if you are lucky enough to find anyone in the reception who can give you one. But you only have one wine glass anyways. No iron in the rooms, and it took them 29 hours to deliver one to me - I had to ask again for it. However, no iron board but that doesn’t really matter as the iron is leaking heavily and is practically unusable. Water temperature in the shower is impossible to control. You have to ask for cleaning, but when you do they don’t clean your room anyways. At least there is still a lot of dust from the construction in every corner as the only sign of this hotel only being three years old. Food from the “restaurant” is tasteless. But that’s okay, the amount of aggressive wasps will make you run anyways. There is in general signs of horrible craftsmanship.
