「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. The good points are that there is a pool and you can do ypur laundry inside your room. The only bad point is that you need to take a taxi to go in town, there is no Uber or bus available in Kotor to go there.」

「As I booked for two rooms, one of them was still dirty including the bathroom and the floor. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. 「Loved the location - right near shops and restaurants so everything was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well laid out. The pool is fine for a quick dip, but it’s pretty small, more of a plunge pool than somewhere to actually swim. Still, had a great stay overall.」
