「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

Excellent customer service, cleanliness, free drinks, room decor, free bus rides to tourist sites - everything was spectacular! Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. 」
