Thé view in the backside of the hotel was spectacular however the overall management of the property was poor. While it’s clear construction is going on throughout the area, there were several broken pool chairs, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, there was trash that was never picked up, rooms poorly cleaned and attention to details was lacking.

Though the facility was largely clean, we met the trash unemptied from the previous lodgers and had to sort it out after the facts The staff were mostly friendly and helpful in helping to get taxis to move around town. We had a serene experience as had wanted. The challenge that left a sour taste was the check-in process where we were charged twice and between Expedia and Casa, taking a long time to resolve.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Casa Collection apartments are great with a panoramic view of the Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. The units are brand new and very clean. There's construction in the area so it was a bit dusty mostly from the dirt road. The staff allowed us to checkin early. A couple of things to note: 1) there are no restaurants or eating options nearby so plan accordingly. If you are not carrying any food you can order with Glovo or drive to the old town to grab a bite. 2) the road from Kotor old town to this place has a 3 km strip that's very narrow and only lets 1 vehicle pass at a time in several spots. So drive carefully and avoid a big car.

Booked four rooms here for a work trip. Great location with a lovely a view. Rooms all clean with everything you need. Sibel & Sevgi were great hosts, very attentive and accommodating to our needs, including great communication via WhatsApp too. This will be our new go-to place when working in Montenegro!

The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. The good points are that there is a pool and you can do ypur laundry inside your room. The only bad point is that you need to take a taxi to go in town, there is no Uber or bus available in Kotor to go there.
