「Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. 「Upon check-in, the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the complimentary snack and water. 「2025年12月末に3泊しました。チェックインの際には翻訳アプリを用いて駐車場の位置等丁寧に説明して頂けました。別棟に宿泊したのですが暖房がもう少し温かくなると良かったです。旧市街までは4kmあります。」
