"This property is good value for its location. Staff was super helpful. The only thing I would remind anyone who wants to stay in Sveti Stefan is the amount of stairs you will need to climb from the beach to your hotel room. But this is true for most properties in the town. "

They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. The property charged me the full amount for the service they did not provide! I will not stay at the property and will advise all my network to stay away."
