「lovely staff, rooms were thoroughly cleaned and cosy, breakfast was a amzing with a range of selection! i would highly recommend this hotel and the spa!」

「Even it is raining or cold out side, there are alot of enjoyable things to do within the hotel, inside pool, casino and buffet. 」

「Very central to the old town, about 3mins away, best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend」

「Beautiful property, excellent room with 2 bathrooms and great service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Chedi.」

「Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. 「Everything was fine except the Bed Mattress was to firm and pillows so flat.」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「Charming, clean and well maintained boutique hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay there again in the future.」

「Staff and cleanliness top shelf. Incredible breakfast made to order. I didn’t want to leave this place.」

「Hotel California is nice, clean, and has its own beach; we enjoyed our stay and everyone was very helpful.」
