Plain and simple, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed worldwide in my whole life. The only drawback would be the weather, but that’s impossible to control and I guess it would be better in the summer. Staff was extremely friendly. Special thanks to Esmeralda, I didn’t have the chance to thank her and say goodbye. My room was unbelievably big and beautiful, and the view was just amazing. Restaurants were delicious, and even the breakfast was amazing. 10 out of 10 in every possible aspect. Best hotel I have ever been. I hope I will be back soon.

The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet. Unbelievable this would happen in the One and Only hotel.

This hotel was incredible! The smallest details have been designed and provided with care. We had a classic room with a bay view which was stunning to wake up to every morning. We tried all three restaurants that were open when we visited, and on the last night we went to Sabia. The service was incredible from Mila (Julietta), and the staff gave us a few extra treats to celebrate the last night of our honeymoon. We were lucky to have great weather on our last day (we were there in early April), and sitting by the pool, enjoying the view was amazing! Even better with Jimmy’s services and great hospitality! The Chenot Spa is something else! No wonder it was voted the best in the world. We had a day spa with hydro treatments and massages, but end up having 2 extra massages on the other days as we couldn’t get over how incredible it was. We had an early flight on our last day, and as we’d miss breakfast, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box to go, so that we wouldn’t miss out on it. One & Only Portonovi is absolutely incredible! If this isn’t on your bucket list, you should definitely consider adding it!

The hotel and surrounding property are incredibly beautiful. The room and view was amazing. The hotel is pricey and everything feels transactional which deterred from the experience. If you want to sit and rest in a beautiful space, the One & Only is a gorgeous place. I want more local activities, action, culture in my travel.

We had an amazing stay at the One & Only Portonovi. We enjoyed all of the three restaurants - each were delicious. We enjoyed a couples message - the spa was incredible. However, unlike most of Europe, there are no coed sauna facilities - ans a couple we would have enjoyed this. All of the staff were kind, professional and very qualified. The facilities were lovely with several pools, including one indoor. World class gym and the tennis facilities were nice. The area of Portonovi is new and lacks any personality, however, we visited several charming Montenegrin towns nearby which were lovely to see. We cannot wait to return to O&O.

the resort is beautiful and the staff are polite and generous. the food at breakfast is great. in home dining is low quality cooking but still high priced. once anything breaks it takes a long time for anyone to fix. 6 days and they still didnt fix the jacuzzi, the indoor pool is 28 degrees although they promise higher. on the whole it is an excellent resort due to the staff but maintenance is bad. the resort is far from the main attractions so pools and amenities should be taking care of.

Amazing hotel

This hotel was incredible from the service to the breakfast to the amenities. I highly recommend it and am already planning another trip to a One and Only because it was so amazing.
