「Great Establishment!」

「The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. There was no air conditioning in either room and no fan in one of the rooms (30 degrees outside and inside). Breakfast the next...

「It was crazy expensive for a very tiny, narrow room. The terrible concierge introduced the worst and most notorious foreign currency exchange. Conversely, Four Seasons did not charge a commission fee for their currency exchange and strongly advised tourists to refrain from using foreign currency exchanges in the city.」

「朝食のメニューの種類が豊富だったので、ヘルシーでおいしい食事が楽しめました。スタッフさんたちの親切な対応で快適な滞在でした。」

「ミラノを楽しみたいので７連泊しましたが、 立地が良いので毎日気軽に出掛けることができ、疲れるとホテル近くのいろんなバールでゆっくりしました。ロビーはゆったりとしてモダンでフラワーアレンジメント素敵でした。フロント、ロビー、レストラン、ルームサービスなど従業員の対応は良く、イタリアでは珍しいくらい社員教育が徹底しています。夫婦と孫娘のトリプルルームで予約していましたが、ツインルーム２室のコネクティングルームで手配いただき快適でした。」

「掃除がない。部屋のペットボトルを言わないともって来ない。トイレットペーパーが切れても、入れ替えてくれない。酷いホテルだった」
