I stayed 6 nights as a SOLO female traveler and wondered if this was the right hotel for me. For one thing, the "Adults only" confused me. Amazing stay. Food and service was perfect. My wife is vegetarian and they were so accommodating. The view from the private onsen was great.

The room was spacious. The rooms were well supplied with soap, towels, and toiletries. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The negatives are the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was a futon. Also the room had no windows. The shower floor was marble and slippery.

The J-Mex is what the Japanese call a "Love Hotel" - a place where couples can go to meet and have a romantic time. As such, most guests stay for one night (or shorter). I am a Travel Agent and visit lots of properties. Upon entering The Millennials Shibuya I was greeted by a contemporary and hip ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the unique "Smart Pod" experience. The pods, were comfortable, functional, and allowed for privacy. There was a sense of community and social interactions.

We booked this hotel for location that close to Shinjuku Kabukicho and bed choice of Queen bed (other places are Twin or Full) even it said Love Hotel. So, we originally expect a iffy hotel with lots noises. Turn out it was surprisingly nice and clean with no noise (sound proof) hotel. My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!
