"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very attentive and helpful. When we got there, there was a little delay in figuring out our room, and we were also there for my daughter’s birthday. Taking these things into consideration, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to an Ocean View. Our morning and evening views were spectacular!
