"We had a wonderful visit. The hotel is centrally located. The beds are very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay there and the steakhouse on premise was delightful. Service was fantastic and the food also."

"Our son attended CCM so this was a common destination for us when visiting. We have stayed multiple times, this being our last trip. The hotel is a short walk right up the hill from CCM, with a variety of restaurants close by and a mini target next door. The facilities are always clean & everyone is always friendly! Breakfast is good, and Katie attends to everyone who joins for breakfast with the sweetest personality ever. You can’t go wrong if you have a child attending UC or auditioning/attending CCM."

"Terisa was the most enthusiastic, hardest working hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. She was at the reservation desk when we arrived in the afternoon, then she was serving us breakfast the following morning. The smile and positivity never escaped her, even during a very stressful time where she was the only staff member with numerous customers waiting to check in, she made our stay so enjoyable!"

"The staff were great and friendly. My only complaints were there was no information about in room service and the TV was not a smart TV so if you didn’t want to watch live TV or pay for on demand you couldn’t cast your own streaming services."

"The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Had very peaceful nights, getting rest for The Flying Pig runs. Even though it looked like there were kids there for prom. If you book here you’re not getting a a four star room, maybe 2.5, but the location and staff make you feel like four stars. I will stay here again when I come back next year."

"I had not planned on staying at this hotel. However I was more than happy with the staff. I checked in late night and the hotel reception was quietly efficient with great customer service. As were the women behind the desk as I shared my check-in experience. When checking out the guest service reception thank me for staying with at the hotel and please come back. I travel constantly (6 continents and 25 countries and the United States you typically only receive THE ASK from 4 -5 Star hotels. I will go back when my travels take me back to Cincinnati."
