There was some sort of bug on one of the beds so of course we checked all of the bedding and mattresses only to find nasty brown spots between both box springs and covers. No bugs thankfully. Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm.
