Great customer service, decent breakfast choices, clean, suites are well designed, comfy beds. Roof top restaurant has limited choices but everything is delicious. Lower floor restaurant has more choices, food is excellent, super friendly staff. Best Hotel in town!

Staff were so nice at front desk and valet. Room was great, very clean and lots of room and a refrigerator. Walkable to many nice restaurants and ballpark and Heritage Bank Center. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic, very helpful and took extra time to make sure we had a great stay! The room was very clean and had everything you wpuld need to cook a dinner. Location was perfect for attending concert at Music Hall. Would definitely stay here again!

My overall stay was great the hotel was awesome 2nd shift staff was very nice very polite. The rooms are comfortable clean. I wish the parking was a little easier but hey it was worth it.
