"This motel was the worst I've ever been in. And I've been in a lot of bad ones. This one outdid them all. there are roaches, the towels are stained and dirty, the bedding is as well, The shower was absolutely disgusting, there was mold and mildew everywhere,. And, when you turn the water on it gave out a high-pitched screaming sound. The only way that it I could get it to stop was if I took a shower with a trickle of water. The air conditioner barely worked, The refrigerator was even bad. I didn't even bother to try the microwave. The toilet is so old, and so clogged with gross stuff that it would barely even fill up the tank. there was absolutely nothing good about this hotel or my stay there. And then when I was leaving, the girl at the front desk was very rude, very demanding, and untrusting. I do not recommend that anybody stay at this motel. not at all"

"This was one of the worst hotels it ha been my misfortune to stay in. 1. Curtains could not be closed,thus lights from parking lights shown thru. 2. No hangers for hanging clothes 3. No plastic cups in bathroom 4. No coffee maker. In fact the only good thing was bed was comfortable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here"

"One of the worst hotel stays of my life. We booked months in advance and arrived at 10am after a wet soccer game. Though we knew it was early, front desk staff (Roshonda) assured us she'd prioritize our rooms as they were cleaned. Three hours later, we were still waiting. When we asked again, she offered king rooms — but we all had 3–4 people per room and had booked doubles. She confirmed we'd have our rooms before 2pm. The rooms never came so we left for soccer game #2. We returned at 7:30pm to learn the hotel had "overbooked" double rooms and only kings with a single pull-out were available. Staff member Sierra was kind and clearly puzzled why Roshonda hadn't reserved our rooms after we'd waited half the day. We received a discount plus breakfast and bar vouchers as compensation. A few groups left because they couldn't fit 4 people in the king room. The room itself was a further disappointment — no temperature control, the pull-out had no sheets, and the hotel had no extra pillows for the pull out. At the bar, the staff member was absent nearly the entire night. I waited an extended period before giving up; we were told she was "in the bathroom," though she was gone far more than she was present. The next morning, our complimentary breakfast vouchers were essentially worthless — minimal food available, none of it matching what the voucher advertised. Terry was kind and apologetic, but overall this stay was a frustrating, uncomfortable experience from check-in to checkout."

"Room was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was relatively empty so very quiet. Only complaint was way too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool and absolutely no clean towels in the pool area. My kids used the gym and said it was nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good—bacon nice and crispy and the pancake machine was easy to use."

"Room wasn’t that clean, had hair in the bathroom and piece on the bed from previous users, toilet as well. The curtains wasn’t clean either had stains as well as the pillow. Staff was very nice, parking was fine, laundry was out of order down stairs if wanted to wash clothes. Not enough breakfast items."
