"Hotel is only months old, not very busy, and everything worked out well there. They even have a small bar in the breakfast area where you can pick up a glass of some local wines that were surprisingly decent, as well as a few choices of beer and some cocktails. Seems like staff is still being trained. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, I had heard they just started serving hash browns, although it depending on who did the cooking in the morning as to whether they include that, and unfortunately, they didn't have a super- impressive spread that day, and no hash browns! I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area again."

"We only saw one "staff", the check in manager. The bathroom was clean as was the bedding. The floor didn't feel clean. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The TV worked as did the refrigerator. The room price was less than the Holiday Inn or Quality Inn but we needed a pet friendly room and this fit the bill. There was no pet smell from previous occupants."

"Honesty the worst place iv ever stayed , when I flushed the toilet roaches came out , and place smells like smoke and bo , do not stay here it should not be allowed to even be rented, place needs condemned"

"The staff at this property was great - helpful and caring. The property has had some upgrades including rooms. Our rooms had new floors and new bedding that was really comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast was good. A great value option."

"It was a delightful stay"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the entire building that resembled stale cigarette smoke. When we got to our room, things only got worse. The sheets had multiple visible stains, including a large one that appeared to be hidden under two layers of fitted sheets, which was especially concerning. There was also a white substance dripping down the nightstand, a broken closet shelf left on the floor, and even a hole in the wall. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We brought this to the staff’s attention and were shown two additional rooms, but unfortunately, neither was acceptable. One of the alternative rooms had a strong odor resembling dog waste, which staff acknowledged may have been due to a previous guest with a dog. The third room was also in poor condition. The hallways were dirty as well, with visible dried stains that looked like spilled drinks left sitting for a long time, and the floors throughout the property didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in weeks. There was even an air freshener hanging from the AC unit in our room, which felt like an attempt to mask the odor rather than address the underlying cleanliness issues. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here."

"Staff was nice and room was ready for us to check in. With not many places to stay in Oxford, I do understand that the price of hotels is very expensive. However, for the price of the hotel, I wish some of the money was put into the upkeep of the hotel. Room was rundown, smoke detector was missing, fridge and coffee pot were dirty."
