「Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.」

「The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

「Dust bunnies everywhere, random blood stain on upstairs bed and the whole bathroom upstairs leaks water bad. It started storming on the 4th of July so we came back to the condo finding it raining in the upstairs bathroom that got all of are items soaked that was in the restroom. This could be a good place of fixed up and someone actually took care of it before someone arrives.」
