This is my go to place when visiting Cincinnati. The property is superbly maintained, clean, and priced right!

Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door.

It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was speaking with an AI or a real person. The maid ended up finishing the room before the company got back to me about the issue. The check-in process was so lengthy and because I drove to Cincinnati, I had to find somewhere to stop and fill everything out. I would much rather have a front desk to do all of that. You don't receive all the info you need to seamlessly check-in until you've gone through this process. Otherwise, I would have known the garage isn't available for short term visitors which leaves it on you to find parking. Luckily, there is a parking lot across the street that costs $6/12 hours. It would be nice if the description mentioned the parking situation. The unit itself was nice in terms of aesthetics. There were two major issues: 1. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable - I couldn't tell if it was broken or a terrible design; 2. The water filter needed to be changed out months ago - the sediment left in the water was disgusting; I just used the unfiltered tap water.

Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.

Great place and great area! So much to do in the area. Sporting stadiums within walking distance along with several great restaurants. I'll stay here again next time I visit

Everything was very clean! Check-in process was a bit confusing and had to use paid parking across the street. The air can't be turned below 68 which was a bit too warm for us. Plus we had an upstairs neighbor who stomped around like a mad cow at all hours of the night. But the apartment was perfect other than that.

We rented a stay with CozySuites through Expedia from Oct. 3-5. We did not receive the code for the room ahead of check-in from CozySuites as promised. Upon arrival, we had to call to attempt to fetch the code ourselves. We spent over an hour on the phone, most of the time on hold, while they shared code after code as not one of the four codes worked. During the phone call, another couple showed up a couple of doors down and were also not able to get into their room with their code. We were on a tight schedule as we had expensive concert tickets and were trying to get to the show on time. The CozySuites customer service rep said there was another room available for one night, and we could stay there for the night and move back to the original room the second night after they had time to address the lock issue. We declined this offer as our schedule did not allow time to pack up and move the next day and reset in another room. We asked to cancel the room as we were exploring another solution on our own as we needed to stay on our schedule and were not reassured that the second room would even be able to be accessed considering the other couple having the same trouble with their room and this appeared to be a larger problem than just one room. We asked for a full refund and were told that they would not be giving a full refund as the “cancellation” was against their cancellation policy. We had zero access to the room, and they did not respect our time and trip.
