"This hotel is a superior facility in its price point! Clean, spacious, well maintained and an excellently attentive staff! I arrived at 1:00am tired from a long haul on the road and was greeted by Steve, who checked me into my room in record speed. Paperwork was printed out, room keys ready to go, wifi and breakfast details carefully written out for me! What a reprieve from the miles in the car to stop at this hotel, have a staff member, Steve, jump through hoops and plan ahead for an easy check in making it so I could quickly settle in my room after a very long day. The breakfast is well stocked. The common areas are bright and clean. The rooms are huge and spotless! The cleaning staff meticulously tend to rooms and it shows. A 10/10 stay in Indiana!!!!"

"Totally are not informed until you get there that they are going to charge you a extra $15 if you are in a smoking room and then a $20 deposit for the non-smoking room that is up to their discretion on whether or not you smoked in the room (even if you didn't) if they think u did that $20 is gone. Very poor maintained property and 90% of the other guests live there and are disrespectful and think because they live there that they own it or something. Idiots!!!! Period."

"Breakfast was ok. There was a man who was fixing fresh eggs and bacon but we weren’t asked. The outside door near our room was never locked, I did not feel safe, it was not a safe area of town. Air never came on all night. Bedding was clean, but carpet needed replacing and the whole place needs paint. "
