There was pop spilled all over the fridge, the curtains were pulled out of the wall, there were bugs, there were food stains on the wall. This place was NASTY. So nasty I decided to spend additional money and got another room down the road.

No microwave in room as advertised. Both beds hard and lumpy. Seat cover on chair half off. Desk chair worn, peeling and popped backwards when sat in. Refrigerator dirty with old food traces. Side security doors that should open only with guest keycard never locked during 3 night stay when checked during different times after 10:00 PM. Bugs in shower stall. TV would flicker at random times. Trash at outside receptacles overflowing constantly, appeared never to be emptied during 3 night stay. Advertised as smoking free facility but smelling of smoking most of the time. Previous ratings were better than the experience my family had.

If you stay here, know that you're getting more of a motel experience when it comes to cleanliness and rooms. Not great parts: - Plenty of spots on carpet in hallways and room - Cover for bed had spots - There's no cover on the metal bedframe corners sticking out the sides. Someone's gonna cut themselves on them one of these days! - They use metal holders to keep the mattress from sliding. These stick out several inches from the mattress. So when you get off the bed, be careful to not stub your heels on them - The shower floors have lots of black spots - The bed frames are really squeaky. - Thin floors - we hear the upstairs very well and the squeaking of their mattress too. - I think the high ratings of this place are either from years ago, or given by bots. The current property doesn't match the rating

Good location. Staff was nice. The room was very rundown and not very clean. The toilet made a lot of noise every time it was flushed, and water pressure was terrible.

QI has really went downhill. Rooms looked dirty, the LD, and well worn. This place has seen much better days. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfy.

I recently stayed for a quick overnight stop, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The rooms were unclean, with the bathroom being particularly dirty. The floors felt grimy, and the toilet seat was wobbly. While I only needed a place to sleep, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

It was a maze to get to my room. I had to walk up the stairs elevator did not go to my part of the building. Hall way was in the 80s as the heater was on in the summer. The shower was very dirty and room smelled. I booked for 4 days but after one night I immediately checked out the next morning. The front desk rep Ben I spoke with was very helpful, respectful and kind. He helped get a refund for the remaining nights not used.
