Very convenient location and the backside of the property was quite compared to the front that faced the interstate highway. The manager was courteous in changing my room where my stay was quite nice.

Staff was friendly. Asked for first floor because guest was on oxygen. Gave us 3rd floor. Ragedy cart elevator dirty. Got to room it was hot. Bedding was stained. Lady replaced it right away. The bathroom floor was dirty. It was just uncomfortable. People hanging out curtains did not clise all the way

The property is located by the parade route for the air show and so close to the air show that is the best part. the bed was clean and comfortable and the towels were soft. but the building itself needs some work there was mold in the tobu around the bath mat and there was cosmetic damage to the walls and looked shabby but it was good for sleeping.

Pretty good, but plumbing and lighting need help.

Overall, the motel is pretty good. I do have two complaints, though. 1) The lighting is poor. They could use another lamp, and they REALLY need to change the LED bulbs from 5000K (blue-white) to 3000K (a close match to sunlight). The blu-ish light is creepy. 2) The shower head was clogged. The bathtub faucet had strong flow, but when I switched it to shower, the shower-head gave not much more than a trickle. I stayed in Room 219.

Everything was great til the morning when we went to take a shower and had no hot water. It was freezing cold. When we checked out they knew about but never told us when we checked in. If we had known we would have went somewhere else.

I liked the Refrigerator. It was a little larger and had a separate door for the freezer. The room was upgraded. I did not like the lighting over the bathroom sink. Could not see with the light in the mirror shining in your face. Also no hair dryer.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in 50 years.

It was annoying staying there. From the time I checked in until the time I left. They were police or security officers hanging outside my door. Every time I went to my car they sat and stared and followed me. This was a horrible choice of hotel. Then I was waking on the morning that I was to check out at 4:00 a.m. because the hotel was on fire. Room was extremely dirty floors. The floors could not be touched with bare feet it was worse in the rooms than walking outside barefoot on the ground.

We specifically chose this hotel due to their free shuttle to the Dayton Airport. We checked in on Thursday and requested it, scheduled it and paid for it. The night before we were due to leave, I confirmed once again that our shuttle was scheduled. The morning of, after our shuttle didn’t arrive, I asked the front desk and he had to call the shuttle driver and wake her up. The driver stated she didn’t know she had any shuttles to drive. Fortunately, we had time built into our travel plans to anticipate this issue, but it could have cost us a lot of money if we had missed our flight.

We booked a double queen room. I'm pretty certain they were not actual queen beds as it felt much smaller than the normal queen beds we stay in. My husband and I also got bed bug bites. Would not recommend staying here.
