Upon checking in, I found the bathroom in my room to be unclean. When I reached out to Zack for assistance, I was met with a rather dismissive attitude. He informed me that housekeeping had already left for the day and would not be able to clean the bathroom until the next morning. Unfortunately, he did not offer any alternatives, such as sending someone to address the issue right away or moving me to another room, and he mentioned he had other priorities to attend to. This was particularly frustrating after a long day of travel.
I would like to commend two staff members for their exceptional service. Jas at the front desk noticed my distress and took the initiative to clean my room herself, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Robin from the night shift took steps to elevate the situation and ensure I received the assistance I needed.
