In Cincinnati for a show, and stayed here for one night. Hotel was very nice! The location was perfect. Right next to Newport on the Levee and direct access to Purple People Bridge to take you across to Cincinnati River front. Our room layout had the bathroom “behind” the beds with a wall separating the two areas. Nice to have a little privacy between the two areas. Great option when staying in Cincinnati!

The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!

It was our second stay at this location. Excellent for walking to many attractions. We were in town to see the Reds. If you’re looking for a quiet location then this isn’t the place for you. Lots of street and traffic noise.
