「The location is convenient. However our stay was not good... the room we checked in didnt have hot water. We were not able to exchange room until nxt day. We received the credit as a gesture of apology. Though it did not meet the price we paid. I expected the Westin to be much better... 」
「We had the best stay! The staff was the best group of people! The friendliest and most accommodating hotel I have been to in quite some time. The hotel was VERY CLEAN....every time I turned around there was someone cleaning something :). Beds were so comfortable too. Breakfast was decent.. workout room was great. Played pool with my kids. Laundry room was okay... issues with one of the dryers but nothing that would cause me to second guess staying there again. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT... felt like...
「Experience in its entirety is exemplary but for a slight issue of inconsistency in the pricing of pool cabanas that no finality was ever determined. Moreover, it was made apparent at one point that outsiders or non-guests are able to access the rooftop pool area to the staff’s knowledge. This issue is particularly pronounced as the non-guest, delicately put, is quite an unsavory character. We intend to return but hope that such issues are appropriately addressed.」
