Our room smelled terrible like cat urine. Our bathroom door was tore off comoletely...the shower rod was broken and hanging barely by a zip tie...the bathtub was filthy and there was only lukewarm water not hot water for showers..the lights didnt work...the thing that really got us was no mention of a $60 deposit plus a $9 fee of some kind

The hotel itself was about what I'd expected for cheap accommodations. My problem is twofold: 1. The hotel failed to return my security deposit (there was no reason for this) and 2. My credit card was skimmed during the check in process and now I've got to deal with numerous credit card fraudulent charges. I should have paid more and stayed elsewhere.

This place was SO unsanitary. I truly under a budget stay but this was inexcusable. The property was neglected with tagging and broken windows. My room only had sheets on the beds and when i went to the front desk the man told me they didnt have anymore. I would have to wait for the next night. Which never came. My daughter saw roaches twice and my feet turned BLACK after walking around the room barefoot. There was even dirty DIAPERS hanging from the tree outside my door! RUN anywhere but here

The AC on the property was working very fine. The whole area was just pretty sketchy all of the weed to get handicap parking right in front of our room on the first floor. I was a bit worried about our car out there all night, but nothing happened! Staff was very friendly.

The room was clean. The staff were extremely polite, and tried to turn down a tip for housekeeping. It appears management is working to upgrade the hotel. The artwork is interesting in a good way, This is why I don’t give a 1 rating The bathroom door was missing the trim and could NOT be opened quietly. There was one blanket for two beds. Pretty sure there was no hair dryer. Oh, and you could see the whole room from the outside through the peephole. Also the room did not feel terribly secure. This is why I couldn’t give a 3.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were clearly working on the rooms and the pool area because you could tell there was a lot of construction mess everywhere. But you could tell they also did not clean the rooms as well as they should have. There was mysterious stains on the walls. I sat down to go pee, and the door was closed, and I could see drips of some kind of liquid all over the door. I swear there was a booger on the wall on my left. There was mold in the bathroom. The parking lot only has one entrance.

I’m not very picky, so the stay was satisfactory. We just needed a room for the night because we went to see a concert. I won’t go into all the details, but just know you get what you pay for. Don’t expect much.

The door did not have a bolt lock, part of it was missing. Also there was no hot water at all. I waited about 10 minutes with the water running and it never got hot at all, not even warm

Habitación sin mal olor, las sábanas tenían manchas, el piso terriblemente sucio no puedes ni caminar en medias porque acabarán súper sucias ni se diga el baño más sucio todavía, la bañera súper sucia curtida deberían poner más atención a la limpieza del piso el control en malas condiciones si tienes estacionamiento libre, el personal normal, el aire acondicionado si funciona bien casi no dan shampoo ni jabón ese jabón no sirve deberían poner uno que si sirva y si son dos personas pues para dos personas e igual para las toallas son muy pequeñas sirven para un bebé no hay toalla para la cabeza el seguro de arriba de la puerta dañado.

The parking lot was full of homeless people and they all kept fighting with eachother and one guy was arguing with a palm tree! I took a picture of a guy asking for money and getting mad when you said No. He the sat ourside and passed out! The hotel stairs and hallways were disgusting! There was cops every night in the parking lot at all hours of the date and nights due to the homeless. I ended up finding out that they accept vouchers from the homeless programs.In order for these people to actually live on the property. I feel like this should have been disclosed at check in to allow me to have a decision on whether or not I still wanted to stay there. The sink was completely clogged, a microwave was not and working condition at all, there was an electrical wire connecting to the room door next to me that kept sparking. The light fixture in the middle area of the room was broken. There were people screaming and running up and down the hallways at all hours as well, unable to get a good night's sleep. The time was very dirty. They did not provide coffee, nor breakfast and the pool was out of order for what seems like months. When I requested my money back after the first night, the man at check , in was upset and yelling any different language. Then tells me that no , there are no refunds. I felt that I was forced to stay there. I do not recommend this location at all.And I hope that no one else makes a mistake in staying there! VMelendrez Room 218
