「We have stayed at many properties in the Phoenix area and so far this one takes the prize. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a great heated pool and hot tub. It was easy to get around the property and so close to shopping, groceries, and many restaurants. It's location just north of Camelback was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay there again.」

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"

"フェニックスサンズの試合を見るにはとても良い場所でした。ただ車がない方は観光するのにはタクシーを利用しないと厳しいかなと思います。受付の方は英語わからなくても普通に対応してくれてありがたかったです。朝食の間に清掃が入っていて驚きました。その際におそらく隠してあった日本円をすられました。なので部屋の中でも貴重品は必ず身につけらようにしてください。"
