"My floor in my room was disgustingly gross. I can’t even explain how truly dirty my floor was. Just taking clothes off and stepping on the shower floor your feet get covered in black filth. Coming out of shower I threw a towel down to step on to walk towards my bed. Got dressed and when I picked up the towel it was black. This just grossed me out. This made me completely think twice about even attempting to sleep on the bed. We left and went elsewhere "

"Great place to stay, nice amenities, variety of entertainment "

"Decent stay. Nothing amazing. Rooms are old and outdated. Lot of police and ambulances throughout week. A couple loud parties. Left my cologne in the bathroom and called to see if I could have someone ship it to me. Was put in touch with security and they won’t ship it. There goes $200. "

"The room was clean, easy check-in and enjoyed the amenities."

"The pictures, the lobby, the pool, all looked fabulous. The check in was easy. The refund I requested ten minutes after check in, due to the room having bed bugs, being musty, and dingy, was no problem. Evidently they are used to that issue. Another guy was requesting a refund for the same reasons, when I went back to check out. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. GROSS"

"This property was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Morgan and Sharma at the front desk. their kindness and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. "

"Kind staff, beautiful hotel. Tv wasn’t working though which was disappointing and also expected breakfast to be included but it was an additional charge."
