「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「This is the third time I've stayed at the hacienda, but the first time alone. One of my favorite places to stay in the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor of the room was lovely, and the views are amazing. When I visit the hacienda I'm looking foward to walk around the coffe plants, and birdwatch. Definetly would come again. 」

「The staff was amazing! The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony over the street. Lots of nearby delicious restaurants.There was a bar next door singing karaoke but it was so fun to hear all the fun. I would love to stay here again!」

「The rooms were not sound proof . This property needs updated rooms , the ac couldn’t go under 20 degrees since it leaks water , the water was not complimentary, the towels were old in the room . It’s a great place on a budget and if u are looking just for somewhere to just rest your head it’s great. The pool and jacuzzis were awesome, the staff was excellent and helpful, the beach is giving the vibes . Apart from the room being a older room it was a great few days . 」

"Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars."
