「Mi experiencias fue muy gratificante, es un lugar de esparcimiento, relajación y descanso. Todo en medio de la montaña, fuera del bullicio. Si alguna sugerencia les diría, que pongas sobres de cocoa en la habitación para los que no bebemos café, alguna especie de cortinas a las ventana que son de cristal porque la luz de afuera en la noche entra y molesta para dormir y cuando amanece. Y que la comida del restaurante tambien haya opciones para los que no somos veganos, porque sino hay que salir...

「We arrived around 11:30, and Natanael , the bellboy, was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the girl at the lobby was not cordial and did not make us feel welcomed. We were told the room would be ready in about an hour, so we went to the buffet, which was very good and offered a great variety of food. However, when we returned, at 1:15 pm the room was still not ready, and we had to wait until around 2:30 PM while other guests who arrived later received their rooms first. In the end, we had...
